For items purchased from TofuXpress:

 

SHIPPING:

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Domestic- address within the U.S:

• USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2 – 3 business days from ship date)
• USPS Express Mail (estimated 1 -2 business days from ship date)

 International- shipping address outside the U.S.:

• Express Mail International (3 -5 business days from ship date)
• USPS First Class Mail International Package (NOTE: there is No guarantee on delivery times.  Tracking is available to the U.S. border but not beyond.  Items lost , damaged, or not delivered are at buyer’s expense; All international sales FINAL.)

 

International Orders:

All international orders are FINAL.  No refunds or exchanges.
Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility and due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes. TofuXpress is not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees, damages, or lost packages.

 

TofuXpress, Inc. recommends shipping via Priority Mail International service. TofuXpress, Inc. is not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to damage, loss of package or default of duties fee.

All TofuXpress orders are processed through PayPal, by using a PayPal account or by entering credit card.

• Every Tofuxpress unit includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, no questions asked. (International orders are excluded).
  
• Returns must be received at TofuXpress, Inc. with original packaging and all associated parts and materials within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price of the unit (excluding shipping).
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return product to TofuXpress.
